Kelung Media Siber (Tombulu, Tonsea, Tontemboan, Tonsawang, Pasan, Ponosakan, Bantik, Bawontehu)

Kelung Media Siber is a media platform run entirely by Minahasan youth. Kelung means "shield" or "guardian" in the Tombulu' language, and symbolizes the mission to protect and pass on our cultural heritage to future generations. Our ambitious goal is to create the first Indigenous media outlet that actively publishes engaging and relevant content. We believe that this style of content dissemination is the most effective in reaching audiences of all ages.

Asur Adivasi Mobile Radio (Asur)

As part of an overall effort to protect and empower Indigenous communities, several initiatives have been undertaken to address critical challenges facing the Asur tribe. These include conducting awareness campaigns against mining and deforestation, advocating for Tribal self-governance, and working to restore ancestral rights to water, forests, and land. In addition, efforts are underway to document the endangered language, culture, and Traditional Knowledge of the Asur and to publish the Tribe's rich oral literature.

Alyansa Tigil Mina (Ifugao-Tuwali, Aeta Abellen, Palawan, Bukidnon, Teduray-Lambangian, Subanen, Blaan, Tboli, Moro, Mamanwa, Manobo)

The main objective of Alyansa Tigil Mina is to raise awareness about the environmental and social impacts of large-scale mining and other development projects on Indigenous lands. This will be achieved by providing training and resources to community members, especially youth and women, to create and share engaging media content that highlights their experiences and perspectives.

AMARC Asia-Pacific

AMARC Asia-Pacific's goal is to promote social justice and sustainable, democratic, and participatory human development by amplifying the voices of excluded and marginalized communities, including Indigenous Peoples, through community media. It aims to support popular access to communications and to advocate and promote the development of community radio.

Mattoli Community Radio 90.4 FM (Paniya and Vettakuruma in Wayanad)

Radio Mattoli functions as a platform to give voice to people who have less access to mass media or less opportunity to express their views on community development. Their activities will be featured in a magazine. CRM is the Information and Communication Technology wing of WSSS, a community radio station that was started in 2009 and is located in Dwaraka, five kilometers from Mananthavady.

Radio B'alam - Mayan Voices (Maya Mam)

Radio B'alam-Voces Maya is an internet radio station located in Oakland, California, serving the Indigenous Maya Mam immigrant community and reaching over 70,000 followers. We provide culturally-based information and entertainment through radio broadcasts, video, and audio content in the Mam language. Our strategies are to increase cultural pride, community connection and healing, and skills to overcome challenges while adapting to the U.S.

Movimiento Maricas Bolivia (Aymara and Quechua)

Movimiento Maricas Bolivia is a community-based 2SLGBTQ+ organization made up of people who self-identify as Indian-Indigenous-cholas (Aymara and Quechua) as well as maricas-machorras-travas. It was founded on May 17, 2010 in the radio program "Soy Marica y Qué," which ran from 2010- 2015 and was broadcast on Radio Deseo 103.3 FM in La Paz. It later ran in El Alto as "Nación Marica" (2016-2020), broadcast by Radio Líder 97 FM.
